Do I need the pump to compress the bag?+
No. The included pump is the most convenient option, but if you don't have it on hand you can roll the bag by hand, or connect a standard household vacuum hose for a faster result.
How long does the pump hold a charge?+
We recommend topping it off the night before a trip so it's ready when you start packing. Fully charges in 2 hours, for 20-30 minutes of continuous output.
Can I reuse the bag on future trips?+
Yes — it's designed to be packed and compressed repeatedly. Our bags are made with very durable checkered 70D nylon. Wipe it down with a damp cloth between uses and let it air dry fully before storing.
Why is my bag leaking air?+
Lay the bag flat, tuck in any loose fabric near the edges, and run the zipper slowly and fully closed in one motion so the watertight seal engages end to end. A zipper that's only partially closed won't hold vacuum or seal out water, so double-check both ends before you attach the pump.
What are the dimensions of the bag?+
Each bag measures 17.7 x 11.4 x 6.3 in (45 x 29 x 16 cm) uncompressed, with a 21L capacity — enough room for 15+ folded clothing items before you vacuum the air out.
