An incredibly well-designed product that does exactly what it's supposed to do. Very well constructed, with high-quality zippers and loops on either side to help make sure you shut it tight. It fits perfectly in a standard international carry-on size suitcase.

It is amazing how much clothes can fit in these bags. I was able to fill two bags with clothes and fit them in my carry on. Very easy to travel with. I do recommend these bags.

Love them. Great clothes carry bag without the nuisance of having to carry an extra suction container.

This travel packing cube with built-in pump works like a CHAMP! I used this to pack for a trip and was able to save A LOT OF SPACE in my bag. The built-in pump takes ALL OF THE AIR out and compresses your clothing, so it packs down with minimal bulk.

I ordered this vacuum compression bag for a practical reason, and it has been a helpful addition for packing and organizing. The built-in pump is especially convenient because it makes the compression process much easier and faster without needing extra tools.

This compression bag worked better than expected for packing bulky clothes and saving space in luggage. The built-in pump is convenient since you don't have to carry a separate vacuum device around, and the Type-C charging is a nice touch instead of needing another random cable.

WHY CHOOSE PACKOMIC?

We found the problems, and we fixed them.

01 · THE FABRIC

This is the fabric parachutes are made of.

Most vacuum bags on the market use thin plastic film that tears within a handful of trips. Packomic™ is built from 70D ripstop nylon with a fully waterproof TPU composite lining — fabric made to survive repeated trips.

02 · THE ZIPPER

A diving-grade seal built to keep air in and everything else out.

The zipper is usually the first thing to fail on cheap compression bags — seals begin to leak within a day. Our interlocking double track runs the full length of the seal, so compression holds and nothing leaks through, trip after trip.

Airtight seal, no leaks
IPX8 waterproof zipper
03 · THE PUMP

No separate pump to pack. It's built right in.

Most vacuum compression bags rely on a separate portable pump — one more thing to pack and keep track of, and one more thing to forget at home or lose along the way. Packomic's pump is built into the bag itself.

BEFORE YOU PACK

Here's what to put inside the bag.

Compression bags aren't a magic bullet. Know which fabrics to seal inside the bag, and which to place on top in the freed-up space.

Inside the bag

If there's give, there's trapped air — and it belongs in the bag.

Puffer jackets99% air, 1% fabric. We love them and hate them.
Sweaters & fleeceFull of trapped air.
Everyday cotton basicsCotton shirts and underwear flatten right down.

On top of the bag

No air to pull out, or too delicate to crease. Pack these on top.

Leather & suedeNo air to vacuum out, and deep creasing.
Denim & canvasToo dense to shrink.
Silk & satinDon't mix strong compression with delicate fabrics.

QUESTIONS
Will this really save me money?+
One bag currently costs $64.99. A single round trip's checked bag fees run $90–100 — so it pays for itself before you even land, and every trip after is pure savings.
Is it TSA-approved?+
Yes. The bag complies with TSA carry-on rules, and the pump's battery is well under carry-on lithium-battery limits. We do not recommend placing the bag in checked luggage — lithium batteries should always travel in your carry-on. Additionally, what you can fit in a checked bag is generally limited by weight rather than space.
What if the built-in pump runs out of battery?+
The pump is USB-C rechargeable. A USB-C-to-USB-C charging cable is included — you'll just need a power source to plug it into: a power bank, your phone, or a wall adapter and outlet.
What do I do if my bag is leaking air?+
Lay the bag flat, tuck in any loose fabric, and pull the zipper tightly closed so the airtight seal engages end-to-end. Don't be afraid to pull with force — a zipper that's only partially closed won't hold the vacuum.
Does it work with any type of clothing and fabric?+
Vacuum compression works by pulling out the air trapped in and around your clothes, so the bulkier and airier the item, the more dramatic the results — puffer jackets, ski pants, wool sweaters, and bedding can shrink down to a fraction of their original size. Dense, tightly-woven fabrics like denim and canvas have less trapped air to begin with, so they'll still compress, just not as dramatically.
